Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication Pakistan (MoITT) is the national focal Ministry and enabling arm of the Government of Pakistan for planning, coordinating and directing efforts to initiate and launch Information Technology and Telecommunications programs and projects aimed at economic development of the country.
Digital Pakistan Policy 2021 will aid Pakistan’s digital transformation to improve its citizens’ quality of life and economic well-being by ensuring availability of modern, affordable and reliable digital services.
MoITT believes in an inclusive approach for effective policy, therefore, Civil Society, Private Sector and Public at large are invited to respond to following survey form so that the policy draft is updated in the best interests of citizens of Pakistan.

Digital transformation of government processes and services (G2G, G2B, G2C) with integrated government databases (data exchange/sharing model) and applications. Greater productivity, transparency & efficiency in processes, service delivery and its standardization. Support Change Management/ Policy Frameworks. Ensure Sovereignty of Government Databases and ICT Infrastructure.

Increased ICT development and export through branding/ marketing, ease/ cost of doing business, capacity/ infrastructure building etc.

Ensuring protection of data, information systems and digital infrastructure of public/ private organizations and citizens of Pakistan.
