Digital Pakistan Policy 2021 Survey Form

Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication Pakistan (MoITT) is the national focal Ministry and enabling arm of the Government of Pakistan for planning, coordinating and directing efforts to initiate and launch Information Technology and Telecommunications programs and projects aimed at economic development of the country. Digital Pakistan Policy 2021 will aid Pakistan’s digital transformation to improve its citizens’ quality of life and economic well-being by ensuring availability of modern, affordable and reliable digital services. MoITT believes in an inclusive approach for effective policy, therefore, Civil Society, Private Sector and Public at large are invited to respond to following survey form so that the policy draft is updated in the best interests of citizens of Pakistan.

Enhancing Teledensity And Broadband Penetration through adoption of emerging digital technologies for availability of accessible, affordable, reliable, universal and high-quality ICT services.


Improving digital literacy of the citizens, imparting employable skills in digital and emerging technologies to youth and capacity building of government institutions.


Supporting cutting-edge innovation, technology enhancements and product development through collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.


Ensure access to useful and affordable financial products and services. Promotion of Digital Payments, Digital Economy Frameworks, supportive Regulatory Regime, tax benefits for the ICT industry and knowledge-based economy.


Increased ICT development and export through branding/ marketing, ease/ cost of doing business, capacity/ infrastructure building etc.


Ensuring protection of data, information systems and digital infrastructure of public/ private organizations and citizens of Pakistan.


Collaboration between public and private sectors, academia and global players/ countries for a successful digital transformation.
